• 3+ years of experience in interior design

• Strong knowledge of residential interior design

• Good understanding of minimal, classic & functional design

• Strong space planning and design sense

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software and basic Photoshop/Canva

• Ability to prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts and detailed working drawings

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, lighting and furniture

• Ability to prepare and review BOQs and specifications

• Ability to coordinate with carpenters, contractors, vendors and site teams

• Good understanding of site execution and practical detailing

• Ability to conduct site visits and resolve design/execution issues

• Strong client communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Responsible for maintaining design quality and consistency across projects

• Ability to take ownership of assigned projects from concept to execution

• Comfortable working on a project-based engagement and managing responsibilities as per project requirements

• Availability for site visits, client meetings and project coordination as required

• Willingness to work independently and take responsibility for project deliverables and timelines
