• 5+ years of experience in residential interior projects
• Strong experience in turnkey interior project management
• Ability to manage projects from design handover to final completion
• Good knowledge of interior execution, materials, finishes and construction processes
• Experience coordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and vendors
• Ability to prepare, monitor and control project schedules and timelines
• Strong understanding of BOQs, costing, purchase and material planning
• Ability to monitor project budgets and execution costs
• Regular site visits and supervision of ongoing projects
• Ability to identify and resolve site and execution issues
• Ensure work is completed as per approved design, BOQ and quality standards
• Coordinate between client, design team, contractors and vendors
• Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong ownership, leadership and decision-making abilities
• Willing to travel to project sites across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune as required.
