Client Relationship Manager – Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in client handling, sales, customer service or interior design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and project expectations
• Experience in handling leads and following up with potential clients
• Ability to explain Chalo Interiors’ services, process and pricing clearly
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Google Forms and basic CRM tools
• Ability to schedule calls, site visits and client meetings
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills
• Ability to coordinate between clients, designers, site supervisors and project teams
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Professional and polite communication with clients
• Ability to maintain client records and follow-up status
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously
• Experience in interior design, real estate or related industries will be an advantage
